I participated in three plays this year. In Bang, Bang You're Dead, as Jesse the member of the dead who was a bit of a nerd but still accepted. We showed twice, in front of the whole school. One of the best damn experiences I have ever had the honor to have (and the most awful.. acting is usually pronged in several directions). I also played two minor roles, and understudied as Mrs. Webb in Our Time at the same time. Then the next three months were signed away to be stage manager of our production of South Pacific... I was pretty much convinced I'd die during that show. Thankfully I didn't and I'm happy I committed to the experience, even if it cut ten years off of my life.
I am officially Honored Queen of my Bethel in Job's Daughters. I like it, I think. I don't know, they say it grows on you. I really can't express my gratitude for the orginization and the family I've acquired through it.
My two, most wonderful peoples, have continue to be wonderful.
I sort of wish I had something more meaningful to say. But alas, I am at a loss. I have a painting I completed a few weeks ago to submit. I'm pretty sure I'm proud of this sucker. Which is based off of Jack Johnson's In Between Dreams cd case.
My summer, as per usual, is stocked and will be more stocked. I shall update once I know where I'm going to be.
For my questionable birthday I was given a beautiful necklace and ring by the above mentioned parental units, and a cute little mp3 player, which is an upgrade for my little zen, whom I still love very much and will not abandon just because I have a new toy. I wasn't expecting anything, and well. They do so much for me already, without me being one of their own officially. Can't explain, but you get it, and even if ya don't, I do.
If you're reading this, thanks, and even if you aren't, this was nice. I should do it more often. I always say that.
I hope things are going well for all of you peoples out there.
Oodles of you know,
Lumie (aka Sabrina)

We make for your sake such things as stand fast,
Through the ages these pages forever will last.
On blank paper the printer sets down what is heard,
Giving life to what's rife with the power of the word. -Michael Kongehl
